The new AFCO lightweight lower control arm bushings offer increased performance at a substantial weight savings. The outer dimension allows direct replacement of the standard bushing. The machined nylon insert helps eliminate part of the shock transferred to chassis while providing the weight savings. The machined inner sleeve allows the bolt to be tightened without crushing and binding the nylon insert. The machined nylon insert prevents galling of the steel parts. These bushings have been raced in IMCA Modifieds, Street Stocks and Sportsman Class cars.
